How to speed up your metabolism.




There isn't a magic supplement or trick that's going to help you lose fat without you putting in any effort.


❌If you punish yourself with endless cardio you build a negative relationship towards exercise and end up more hungry and eating back the calories that you've burned plus some.


❌Fat Burning supplements are, at best, bull shit marketing appealing to your insecurities. At worst, going to give you a nasty case of the 💩


❌Exercising more and eating too little is again going to form negative connotations with exercise. It will impact on your ability to function day to day and will end up burning you out.


✅Gaining muscle mass with strength training increases your bodies energy requirements, which increases your metabolic rate.


✅Increasing your NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) will speed up your metabolism. This can be be by walking, gardening, cycling or even just fidgeting. Have you ever known a really slim person that seems to eat whatever they want and never gain weight, but also seems to be on the go all the time?


✅Increase your TEF (Thermic Effect of Food) by basing every meal around a source of Protein and loads of veggies.
