Don't let the number on the scale stop your progress!



If you haven't lost weight or you've put a little on but you know that you've been sticking with your plan to lose fat then please don't let the scales cause you to self sabotage.


Fat loss will happen but it isn't linear. It doesn't just keep going down. Weight fluctuations are inevitable. They're a part of the journey but you'll never get to your end point if you go off piste at the first fluctuation ♥️
